- Location: Napier/Botanic Garden MRT
- Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30am to 7.30pm/4 Days per week
- Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)
- Performance Bonus every 6 months + Career Progression
Job Scope
- Provide customer service and handle visitors queries
- Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties
- Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service
- Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management
- Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors
- Perform service recovery where necessary
- Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous
- Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
- Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
- Comfortable to handle different on ground situations
