Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Providing level 2 End User Computing support for VIP users both onsite and remote
  • Well verse in Windows OS and MS office applications.
  • Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
  • Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for MAC, IOS, and android devices.
  • Handles asset and peripherals inventory management.
  • Meeting room and AV equipment knowledge.
  • Provide smart hands support for networks and servers
  • Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and process.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree
  • Hands on VIP support experience of 2-5 years in providing VIP support both onsite and remote
  • Confidence with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer centric and focus on service excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
