Our Private Equity team in Singapore is looking for its new talent to join this dynamic and fast-learning environment.

Missions

• Support the team in sourcing, screening, and evaluating new investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and market research.
• Assist in due diligence processes, including coordinating with advisors and third parties.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees.
• Participate in the monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, or Investment Banking (strong technical expertise; strong preference for PE or IBD backgrounds vs. consulting or accounting).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
