Job Description

This is not a task-based role, it is a creative ownership role.

We're looking for a star-level visual creator who understands the full content creative workflow, from idea to execution. You should be comfortable thinking beyond just shooting and editing, this role requires planning, ideation, and an understanding of how content drives sales and digital marketing performance.

You'll be expected to contribute ideas, plan video and photo shoots, handle product and lifestyle shoots confidently, and deliver high-quality edits that are ready for ads, social media, and brand campaigns. A basic understanding of scriptwriting, copywriting, sales intent, and digital marketing formats is essential.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute video shoots (product, lifestyle, events, social media content)

- Handle photography shoots for products, lifestyle, and marketing campaigns

- Perform video editing for social media, ads, website, and campaigns

- Do photo editing and retouching for marketing and branding use

- Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into strong visual content

- Assist with creative concepts, shot lists, and simple storyboards when needed

- Ensure all content aligns with brand style and quality standards

What We're Looking For

- Has strong, proven experience as a videographer / photographer / editor (not basic or entry-level)

- Can confidently handle product shoots, including lighting, framing, and composition

- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)

- Is comfortable planning shoots and suggesting angles or story flow

- Can give creative input, not just follow instructions

- Understands how content is used for ads, social media, and conversion

- Can work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team

- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with lifestyle, product, or brand content

- Motion graphics or basic animation skills

- Familiarity with Meta / social media video formats
