About the team
The Organizational Culture (OC) team is a Centre of Excellence supporting over 10,000 employees across our global operations. As champions of our mission and core values, the team is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact solutions that align employees with our cultural aspirations. This includes embedding culture throughout the employee lifecycle, developing company-wide management training programs, and building mechanisms that enable leaders and teams to actively practice and reinforce our culture. The OC team also partners closely with business units to craft tailored cultural solutions that meet the unique needs of our diverse, global workforce, ensuring our values are not only communicated but deeply lived across the organization.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Understand company&aposs culture and management philosophy, be responsible for the translation of copywriting according to related cultural topics, help employees to build up better understanding and identity of company&aposs culture.
- Deeply engage with the daily operation of ByteDance&aposs internal cultural program, including but not limited tocommodity design, program promotion and publicity and general daily operation.
- Follow the trend of cultural creation, understand users&apos demand, cooperate with team members to complete the creation of promotional materials and their proofreading. Also take part in sourcing and creating cultural promotion activities.
- Take part in the general daily operation of other teams&apos cultural programs, make sure these programs can be successfully delivered.
- Work closely with stakeholders based in China, where communication is primarily conducted in Mandarin.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, Media, Design, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as the role requires frequent communication with both internal team members and external vendors based in China.
- Has solid writing skills.
- Able to commit to working for at least 6 months, 3-5 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills as well as ability to cooperate with others.
- Has sense of responsibility and results-driven.
