Video Editor - Social Reels & Brand Films (Full-Time, Remote / WFH) . S$2,000/month

We're touchmkt, a Singapore marketing agency producing mid to high-end video content for F&B, retail, automotive and lifestyle brands. Our videographer shoots you make it sing. We're looking for a skilled, dependable editor with strong editorial judgment who can shape raw footage into polished work without constant supervision.

What you'll edit

Our core output is short-form vertical reels - fast-paced product, event and F&B edits cut to music, and premium brand-journey reels driven by voiceover with word-timed animated captions. Beyond reels: case-study films, testimonial and interview edits, corporate and brand videos, website hero films, and ad cutdowns. Roughly 30-40 videos a month, 30 seconds to several minutes. Most are between 30-60s.

The skills we're hiring for (non-negotiable)

DaVinci Resolve Studio

- it's our pipeline. You must be genuinely fluent, not learning it.

Colour grading

- a must. Clean, natural, intentional grades you know your scopes and you match shots across a sequence.

Editing fundamentals

- you know how to piece a story together: where to cut, what to hold, which takes and soundbites make the cut, which b-roll earns its place and which gets killed. You can shape interviews and raw material into a coherent narrative. Rhythm cuts that land on the beat.

Typography

- font selection, hierarchy, and keyword highlights that look designed, not defaulted. Titles, lower thirds and captions typeset with intent.

Sound

- mixed, not just placed. VO, music and ambience sit together properly music selection that fits the brand.

Motion graphics (working knowledge)

- simple animated titles and graphics. This is not a heavy VFX role.

Key responsibilities

. Review, organise and manage raw footage and project files

. Develop clear story structures from briefs, interviews, scripts and available footage

. Edit, grade, mix and deliver in the required formats and specs (vertical, 16:9, ad cutdowns)

. Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines without repeated reminders

. Respond professionally to feedback and complete revisions accurately

. Maintain organised project folders, file names and archives

. Flag editing or technical problems early and propose practical solutions

The bar

Style is everything here. Your pacing holds attention without gimmicks, your type looks deliberate, your grade looks expensive. If your work looks like a template with footage dropped in, this isn't the role.

How we work

. Fully remote / WFH - deliver from anywhere with reliable internet

. Raw footage + brief + reference in, finished video out typical turnaround 48 hours per reel

. Up to 2 revision rounds per video, feedback via chat

. You'll work directly with our videographer and creative lead

Offer

. S$2,000/month, full-time

. Consistent volume, long-term role, growth into lead editor as the team scales
