WHAT is this role about

As a Video Editor, you will work with fellow content creators, using the video medium to help inform, engage and entertain our audiences about trending topics and interesting profiles in Singapore on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

A snippet of what you can expect to be doing on a day-to-day basis:

• Take part in conceptualising and executing of insightful and creative editorial and sponsored videos
• Manage post-production of videos independently edit and assemble raw footage to polished videos that engage digital natives
• Provide creative solutions to repurpose video content to engage audiences on different social media platforms

WHO should consider

We are looking for someone who is an expert in video editing.

If you:

• Have a good sense of storytelling and social media trends
• Are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut (proficiency in other software like After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, etc., is a bonus)
• Are able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects well
• Are organised and attentive to details
• Are resourceful in problem-solving, sourcing clips and creating basic animated sequences where needed

Senior video editor position is available for candidates with at least 2-3 years of work experience in editing news & current affairs videos.
