Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Singapore. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling video content for marketing campaigns, product pages, social channels, and other brand initiatives, ensuring all outputs align with KittyKat's visual standards and client brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and refining footage, applying color grading, creating motion graphics and visual effects, and collaborating with creative directors, designers, and marketers to translate concepts into compelling video narratives. The role also involves preparing video assets for different platforms, optimizing formats and lengths for performance, organizing and maintaining media libraries, and contributing creative ideas to improve storytelling and brand impact.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience turning raw footage into polished, narrative-driven content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance brand-specific aesthetics.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and Graphics for video, including titles, overlays, animations, and branded visual elements.
- Advanced command of industry-standard video software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for web, social media, and paid media distribution.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within established brand guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in AI-driven or data-informed creative workflows is a plus, as well as familiarity with performance marketing content.
