Drive Policy & Governance: Maintain and enhance UOB's global transfer pricing policies in line with OECD guidelines, BEPS requirements, and local regulations.
Ensure Compliance: Prepare and review Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) documentation for UOB entities across multiple jurisdictions.
Advisory & Planning: Provide transfer pricing input on new products, business restructurings, and cross-border transactions.
Audit & Controversy: Support responses to transfer pricing audits and assist with Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) or Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) where applicable.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Units to implement TP policies effectively.
