Job Description
- Define and execute strategies aligning presales and delivery for seamless client experience.
- Lead presales teams to craft compelling, commercially viable solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality and profitability.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams across presales and delivery.
- Govern methodologies, frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and resource allocation for delivery portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven leadership experience in presales and delivery within IT services or technology solutions.
- Expertise in managing complex IT projects (system integration, app development, managed services).
- Strong technical background in solution architecture or consultancy.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
