Develop and execute Project Finance (PF) and Export Credit Agency (ECA) Finance business in the region as well as select transactions handled by overseas Structured Finance teams where necessary
Lead the entire credit origination, due diligence, documentation and execution process. This includes the assessment of credit risks and structuring; preparation of credit applications and manage documentation until financial close is achieved.
Lead in originating new transactions in the region
Monitor trends within the sectors and updated knowledge of the market and its effect on the portfolio/new business prospects
Identify and pursue a topical business development theme to materialise new business opportunities beyond business as usual themes
Help the team to develop and review strategic direction of Structured Finance business
Help manage relationships with both internal (relationship bankers, credit, overseas branches) and external (clients, Structured Finance banks, advisors) stakeholders
