JOB SUMMARY:
The Vice President/ Senior Manager/ Senior Consultant, Technology Solutions and Product Development is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization's technology and product strategy. This role drives the end-to-end lifecycle of technology solutions and products-from vision and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement-ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term growth.
The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, technical depth, product leadership, and people management, with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the organization's technology and product development strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into technology and product roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, digital trends, and innovation opportunities.
Technology Solutions
- Oversee the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- Ensure platforms and systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, system performance, and operational efficiency.
Product Development & Management
- Lead the full product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements definition, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Champion user-centered and data-driven product development, ensuring strong customer value and market relevance.
- Priorities product initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and resource availability.
People & Team Development
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across technology, engineering, and product functions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Set clear goals, performance metrics, and development pathways for team members.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain technology governance, development standards, and best practices.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners effectively.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive senior leadership experience in technology solutions, software engineering, and/or product development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technology platforms or digital products.
- Strong understanding of modern development methodologies (e.g. Agile, DevOps), cloud technologies, and system architecture.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with business, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
