Role Description

This is a Contract-based remote role for a Vice President, Sales & Operations. The Vice President will be responsible for identifying leads of coaching CEOs and Senior Executives, following up sales cycles and closing the deals. The role has strong ability in leading sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, ensuring client success, and driving business development initiatives. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing account portfolios, establishing sales management frameworks, and optimizing operational processes to achieve organizational goals. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, collaborating across departments to align sales efforts with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Strong Account Management and Sales Operations skills to optimize client experiences and operational outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and execute plans to drive results
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of strategic planning, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Prior experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for sales and operations
  • Experience in empowering and motivating teams in a results-driven, collaborative environment
