We are partnering with a leading Japanese MNC in healthcare and medical solutions, operating across multiple markets with strong links to a global headquarters. The business plays a critical role in advancing hospital and chronic care solutions, combining deep clinical expertise with long-term investment in innovation, integrated care models, and digital enablement. With a strong regional footprint and ambitious growth agenda, the organization is focused on building sustainable, future-ready healthcare ecosystems while maintaining the highest standards of governance, ethics, and patient impact.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the APAC President, the Vice President of Sales is a newsenior leadership role with full accountability for the regional commercial strategy, P&L performance, and long-term value creation across Asia. This role goes well beyond traditional sales leadership, encompassing market expansion, new demand creation, business model transformation, and organizational leadership.

As a core member of the regional executive team, the VP of Sales drives the shift from product-centric selling to solution-based models, leads cross-functional collaboration, develops future leadership capability, and partners closely with global HQ on strategic priorities. The position is designed as a key succession role with a clear pathway to broader enterprise leadership.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 10 years of progressive regional leadership experience in General Management, Sales, Business Development, and/or Commercial within Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and/or Heathcare industries. You will come with proven success in leading APAC region and a demonstrated ability to transform business models, build organizations, and develop future leaders. Having experience working with Japanese HQ will be an added advantage.
