Role Description
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored investment strategies, and enhancing client satisfaction through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen long-term relationships with Thai-speaking ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects in the region
- Identify prospects within the Thai market and use market knowledge to actively acquire new clients
- Introduce clients to a wide range of products/investment opportunities based on their suitability and responsible for the success of delivery Nomura's solutions to clients
- Ensure complete KYC, call reports and documentation for all clients
- Assist in new business/product development and work with products and service specialists in order to best serve client needs
- Contribute to the bottom-line of Wealth Management through the accomplishment of revenue and AUM target
- Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and all applicable money laundering prevention procedures both in Hong Kong/Singapore and in the specific geographical area
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business or Finance from an accredited university
- Minimum 7 years experience in wealth management, private banking with a focus on high-net-worth Thai clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively and fluency in Thai is required for regular engagement with Thai-speaking ultra-high-net-worth clients, including documentation and advisory in Thai.
- Experienced in providing personalized investment advice, financial planning services, including asset allocation, risk management, and estate planning for High-Net-Worth or Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients
- Demonstrated understanding of financial markets, asset classes, products, and services through previous client advisory or portfolio management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively
- Proven experience in acquiring new high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients through referrals, networking, and structured business development initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business and service objectives.
- Consistently adheres to the Bank's compliance and regulatory standards, demonstrating ethical conduct and accountability in all professional activities.
