Vice President, Regulatory Compliance - Crypto/Digital Assets

We are partnering a regulated digital payments and crypto/digital-asset platform in Singapore to hire a Regulatory Compliance Vice President to join the team. This person will oversee end-to-end regulatory governance across cross-border payments, digital payment token (DPT) services, digital asset custody, and institutional trading/OTC activities.

You'll advise the business on MAS regulations, strengthen internal compliance and governance frameworks, manage regulatory interactions, and work closely with Tech/Engineering teams to embed compliance into wallets, APIs, conversion flows, and custody infrastructure. The role also includes supporting overseas licensing as the business expands.

We're looking for someone with 12+ years in Regulatory Compliance, with exposure to fintech or digital-asset compliance, strong knowledge of Singapore payments regulation, hands-on experience with blockchain analytics/wallet screening, and comfort working in fast-moving environments.
