Business Planning and progress review including periodical reporting to senior leader
Managing organization items, such as reorganization, arrangement of Delegation of Authorities, and Headcount control
Conducting performance evaluation among department
Arranging Evaluation framework in department, KPI setting
Handling department budget management (Gross profit, expense, balance sheet)
Implementation of various business initiatives
Collaborate with relevant department of Head Office in Tokyo and in APAC region to effectively enhance business and governance in department
Job Requirements
At least 7 years of relevant experience
University graduate with strong academic background
Business planning and marketing experience in Banking sector
Business fluency in both English and Japanese is essential, as this role requires the ability to write and communicate effectively with our Tokyo office.
Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law and banking regulations
