Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute Singapore's electric golf sales strategy to hit annual targets. Lead and high-perform the sales team.
- Key Account Development: Secure and manage relationships with top clients (e.g., golf clubs, property developers, high-net-worth individuals) to drive revenue and loyalty.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Refine positioning and pricing to capture growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to align go-to-market strategies and amplify brand presence in Singapore.
- Pricing & Profitability: Optimize pricing strategies and sales tactics to maintaining market competitiveness and achieve biggest market share.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or higher education in Marketing or related fields is an advantage.
- More than 10 years ofexperience in electric golf market development.
- Rich business tripexperience in the Asian market.
- More than 3 years ofexperience in the vehicle electrical industry.
- Fluent in English,Chinese and Cantonese.
- Diploma or highereducation in English or Marketing or related fields is an advantage.
- A team player who iswilling to learn and adapt to different product lines
