Job Description:

Wealth Advisory Opportunity

You have built the experience. Now give it a broader platform.

If you have established yourself in insurance, banking, bancassurance or wealth advisory, your next career move should be about more than changing organisations. It should give you the opportunity to deepen your advisory capabilities, strengthen the way you serve clients and build on the professional practice you have already created.

As a Vice President of Sales representing IAFA, you will continue developing your client practice across investments, wealth accumulation, retirement, legacy and protection, supported by structured frameworks, case discussions, client servicing support and business-development initiatives.

This opportunity is intended for experienced financial-services professionals with an established history of prior industry practice and client engagement.

Who this opportunity is for

·  Financial advisory professionals

·  Insurance professionals

·  Wealth-management professionals

·  Relationship managers

·  Priority and personal bankers

·  Bancassurance professionals

·  Other client-facing financial-services professionals

Candidates should have relevant industry experience and a demonstrated level of performance consistent with the requirements of Vice President of Sales, subject to verification and prevailing company requirements. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to discuss their relevant experience and achievements during the process.

What should your next platform help you do

1. Deepen your wealth advisory capabilities

Strengthen your ability to work with clients across:

·  Investment and wealth accumulation

·  Portfolio reviews

·  Retirement income planning

·  Legacy and wealth-transfer objectives

·  Protection planning

·  Ongoing financial reviews

The objective is to build deeper client relationships and support clients in addressing a broader range of financial planning needs over time.

2. Put stronger frameworks around your practice

Experience helps you perform. Structured frameworks and processes can help you manage client engagement and business activity more consistently.

·  Prospect and pipeline management

·  Client follow-ups

·  Review opportunities

·  Case progress

·  Activity tracking

·  Ongoing client engagement

·  Business-development planning

The intention is not to replace your personal way of working, but to give your practice a more consistent structure as it grows.

3. Strengthen case discussions and professional support

As client circumstances become more established, financial planning conversations can become more complex. You will have access to regular case discussions and practical support across investment, retirement, legacy and protection-planning situations.

Your experience remains central to the recommendation. The team discussion provides another perspective and additional resources when working through client objectives and considerations.

4. Strengthen client servicing after implementation

Building a client relationship is only one part of the journey. A strong advisory practice also depends on consistent servicing and follow-through.

·  Case submission and processing support

·  Outstanding requirements and follow-ups

·  Operational workflows

·  Client servicing processes

·  Review preparation

·  Ongoing engagement

·  Case-related administrative guidance

You remain responsible for your client relationships, while the available support may help you manage the servicing process more effectively.

5. Build business through more than one channel

Our team conducts and supports business-development activities including:

·  Financial and investment seminars

·  Client events and workshops

·  Roadshows

·  Networking and partnerships

·  Referral initiatives

·  Seminars and presentations on topics such as health awareness and financial planning, with Financial Services Consultants engaging companies HR teams to explore suitable sessions supported by Apex Advisory.

These channels may complement the network and client base you are already building.

Deepen the wealth side of your practice

For many experienced Financial Services Consultants and banking professionals, the next stage is not simply about doing more of the same. It is about broadening your ability to address different aspects of a client's financial planning requirements.

·  Investment and portfolio discussions

·  Risk profiling

·  Asset-allocation considerations

·  Wealth accumulation strategies

·  Retirement planning

·  Legacy planning

·  Ongoing portfolio reviews

·  Protection as part of a wider financial strategy

You may have the opportunity to become familiar with solutions from the company's authorized third-party product providers. Emphasis is placed on understanding client circumstances and identifying solutions that may be suitable based on individual needs and objectives.

Build on your experience in more than one direction

Strengthen your personal practice

Deepen your capabilities in wealth, investment, retirement and legacy planning while developing a larger and more established client base.

Build scale through consistent practice management

Use structured review processes, client-management frameworks and business-development planning to manage your practice more systematically.

Mentor and contribute to team development

Use your professional experience to support Financial Services Consultants and contribute to a stronger team environment through case discussions, feedback and coaching.

Strengthen leadership impact

As an experienced hire, you will be expected to contribute positively to team development and leadership, subject to your role responsibilities and prevailing company requirements.

You have spent years developing knowledge, relationships and experience. Your next move should give you the opportunity to build on that foundation with broader capabilities, stronger frameworks, practical support and a clearer platform for your next stage.

If you are an experienced financial services professional considering your next career move, we would be pleased to have a confidential career discussion.
