Vice President, Investments, Data Centres

An established investment platform is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its investment team, with a focus on opportunities across the data centre sector.

Responsibilities

The Vice President will play a key role across the investment lifecycle, from evaluating new opportunities through to transaction execution and portfolio management. Responsibilities will include investment analysis, financial modelling, transaction structuring, due diligence, financing and negotiations, working closely with external advisers and transaction counterparties. The role will also contribute to investment recommendations and internal approval processes, while maintaining relationships with partners, financiers and other industry stakeholders. Following acquisition, the individual will support value creation initiatives across portfolio investments and contribute to the evaluation and execution of potential exits.

Requirements

You possess at least 10 years of relevant investment experience gained within private equity, infrastructure investing, investment management or investment banking. Strong financial modelling, investment evaluation and transaction execution capabilities within data centres are essential. Prior experience handling end-to-end transaction experience would be highly advantageous.
