Vice President - Investment, Asia-Pacific

Job Responsibilities:
. Prepare investment analyses, proposals, and materials for internal approvals and Investment Committee review.
. Transaction execution, including networking, opportunity sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiations based on agreed parameters, and closing of the transactions.
. Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisors (financial, legal, tax, commercial).
. Participate in transaction structuring and negotiations with counterparties and advisors within approved parameters.
. Support post-merger integration (PMI) and monitor post-investment performance.

Job Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree
. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within MNCs, with exposure to overseas and international markets.
. Strong financial modelling and cross-border transaction experience
. Proficient in both English and Japanese (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
. Mature, resilient, and capable of managing challenging situations and projects.
. Willing to travel as required.
