Vice President, Internal Audit (IT & Operations)

We are partnering with an established financial services organisation to hire a senior Internal Audit professional with strong IT Audit expertise.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently in a Lead / Senior Audit role who wants to broaden into Operational Audit and, for the right performer, progress towards a future Head of Department position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT and Operational Audits across Singapore and regional offices
• IT coverage across Cybersecurity, Networks, Applications, Data Centres, Cloud/AI Security and Technology Controls
• Regional coverage across Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and China
• Approximately 25–30% regional travel
• Partner with senior stakeholders on audit findings, controls and risk improvements

What We're Looking For

• Strong Internal Audit / IT Audit experience, ideally within financial services
• Deep IT Audit expertise across technology and cybersecurity-related areas
• Experience leading audits and managing senior/regional stakeholders
• Operational Audit exposure is advantageous but can be developed on the job

This role offers strong regional and end-to-end audit exposure, with a clear pathway towards broader Internal Audit leadership.
