Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

  • Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.

  • Drive company culture, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives across all levels of the organization.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, including HR digitalization, process optimization, and workforce analytics.

  • Manage and develop the HR team, building a high-performing and scalable HR organization.

  • Support change management initiatives during business expansion, restructuring, or transformation phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.

  • Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in fast-growing, multinational, or complex organizational environments is highly preferred.
