Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
Lead HR transformation initiatives, including HR digitalization, process optimization, and workforce analytics.
Manage and develop the HR team, building a high-performing and scalable HR organization.
Support change management initiatives during business expansion, restructuring, or transformation phases.
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in fast-growing, multinational, or complex organizational environments is highly preferred.
