We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, High-net-worth (HNW) Operations.

In this role you will:

• Manage and coordinate HNW insurance applications, ensuring timely follow up and resolution
• Respond to shared mailboxes and handle queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Manage trust related requests, including assignments and premium financing
• Liaise with distributors to coordinate medical, financial and compliance requirements
• Ensure all required documentation and due diligence checks are completed prior to issuance
• Collaborate with Legal, Actuarial and Compliance teams for investigations and follow up
• Communicate terms of acceptance, including offer letters. Retrieve APS reports including actively follow up with hospitals and private clinics.
• Manage FATCA and CRS validation, ensuring proper documentation and audit trail

To be successful you will need:

• University Degree or equivalent professional insurance qualification preferred
• Proven experience in Case Management preferably within HNW environment
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical , organizational and problem solving abilities
• Detail oriented, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
