Role Overview

This is a front-foot, net-new sales leadership role for a proven enterprise hunter with credible Healthcare domain exposure. The mandate is simple: build pipeline, win new logos, and close complex Healthcare deals across Southeast Asia.

This is not an account management or renewal role. If you are not comfortable owning white-space, initiating senior conversations, and carrying a number tied to new revenue, this role is not a fit.

Core Responsibilities

Industry Growth & New Logo Acquisition

  • Own and execute a Healthcare go-to-market strategy across Southeast Asia with a clear bias toward net-new logo creation.
  • Proactively target hospitals, healthcare groups, research institutions, and public sector bodies.
  • Identify white-space, originate opportunities from scratch, and convert them into qualified pipeline.

Commercial Ownership & Deal Leadership

  • Own Healthcare pipeline creation end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, deal shaping, negotiation, and closure.
  • Lead value narrative development, executive alignment, and commercial structuring for large, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Maintain full accountability for forecast accuracy, governance gates, and next-step discipline.

Healthcare Solution Leadership

  • Act as the senior Healthcare industry authority in customer conversations.
  • Shape solutions across cloud, security, data platforms, digital, and AI in partnership with presales and architects.
  • Ensure proposals align to clinical systems, data sovereignty, cybersecurity, and regulatory realities.

Value-Based Enterprise Selling

  • Sell outcomes, not products.
  • Position solutions around patient outcomes, clinical efficiency, resilience, compliance, and long-term cost optimisation.
  • Apply MEDDIC rigor to every opportunity. No shortcuts, no hope-based forecasting.

Executive & Government Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with hospital CEOs, CIOs, CMIOs, CISOs, and senior public sector stakeholders.
  • Operate credibly at board and steering committee level as a commercial and industry advisor.

Ecosystem & Partner-Led Selling

  • Lead Healthcare partner motions with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners (cloud, platform, and enterprise software).
  • Drive co-sell strategies that accelerate pipeline creation and deal conversion.

Market Presence & Intelligence

  • Represent the organisation at Healthcare industry events, executive briefings, and forums.
  • Feed real market intelligence back into portfolio, marketing, and leadership teams.

Required Profile (Read Carefully)

This role is only suitable for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • 812 years of enterprise IT sales experience with real exposure to Healthcare environments.
  • A demonstrable hunter track record: building pipeline, opening doors, and closing new logos.
  • Experience shaping and winning large, complex enterprise or public sector deals.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT landscapes, data security, regulatory compliance, and mission-critical systems.
  • Proven exposure to Cloud, hybrid infrastructure, security, data platforms, and/or digital & AI solutions.
  • Confident operating with C-suite and senior government stakeholders.
  • Disciplined in enterprise sales methodologies with hands-on MEDDIC execution.
  • Commercially sharp, resilient, and comfortable being measured on outcomes.
  • Certifications in Cloud, Security, or enterprise platforms are a plus, not a substitute for sales performance.
