Global Transaction Banking Department (GTBD)
Your key roles & responsibilities include:
- Acquire and apply expertise in trade finance and cash management, including proposal development, deal execution, and product knowledge.
- Leverage acquired skills to drive transaction banking business growth across APAC branches and contribute to overall business development in the APAC region.
- Lead and manage broad-based coordination and negotiations with the Global Transaction Banking Sales Department (focused on large enterprises), as well as with local operations and IT teams including networking with people in APAC branches and GTBD.
What you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree with over 5 years experience as a relationship manager.
- Strong motivation to take on a leadership role in transaction banking business in the APAC region and drive organizational growth.
- Ability to address the complex country-specific characteristics, regulations, and customer needs across the APAC region, leveraging strong product expertise to solve diverse challenges throughout deal structuring and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and drive to embody and promote our bank's strategy at each branch, disseminating knowledge and mindset throughout the organization.
