We are partnering with a leading real assets investment platform backed by a private equity to hire a Vice President, Fund Management in Singapore.
This is a fund-level role focused on performance analytics, financial modelling, institutional reporting, and management company planning, with close interaction with senior leadership and regional portfolio teams.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Management & Performance Reporting
- Lead quarterly and annual fund reporting, including performance and variance analysis
- Maintain and enhance fund-level financial models (forecast vs. actuals, scenario analysis)
- Oversee institutional reporting deliverables, including LP materials, DDQs, and data requests
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of fund data, metrics, and documentation
Management Company Planning
- Support annual budgeting and long-term business planning
- Develop models tracking management company revenues, costs, and profitability
- Prepare reports for senior management and shareholders
Portfolio Analytics
- Analyse portfolio performance, capital deployment, and valuation drivers
- Review underwriting outputs and provide fund-level insights
- Monitor key portfolio metrics and support capital allocation decisions
Governance & Execution
- Prepare materials for investment committees, board, and shareholder reporting
- Manage data rooms, due diligence workflows, and internal documentation
- Support updates to fund models, terms, and strategic materials
Strategic Support
- Assist with financial modelling for platform initiatives and ad hoc transactions
- Support senior leadership on corporate planning and analysis
Desired Qualifications
- 812+ years experience in real estate private equity, real assets funds, or fund management / portfolio analytics
- Strong fund-level financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in institutional reporting and fund performance analysis
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven deliverables
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
