Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and advise the CEO and executive team on key decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
- Manage finance teams, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning units.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
- Extensive experience in senior finance roles, including financial management, planning, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
