Vice President Finance

Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Vice President of Finance. The Vice President of Finance will oversee and manage the financial strategy and health of the organization. Key responsibilities include financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting detailed financial analysis, and leading financial reporting processes. The individual will also collaborate with leadership to ensure fiscal responsibility and support the organization's growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and developing comprehensive finance strategies
• Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Expertise in Finance principles and practices with advanced Analytical Skills
• Leadership abilities to guide financial decision-making and ensure optimal financial performance
• Relevant experience in finance leadership roles; experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant financial certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
