Vice President Finance

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and management, analyzing and interpreting financial data, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements. The Vice President of Finance will work closely with leadership to craft strategies that align financial operations with organizational goals.

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Proficient in Financial Reporting practices and compliance
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategy development
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights effectively
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
• Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role is advantageous
