Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President (VP) to join our leadership team in Singapore. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing key operations, and providing strategic direction to achieve the company's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Oversee daily operations, business units, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
- Develop and execute business strategies, budgets, and performance plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Lead organizational change, innovation, and transformation initiatives
- Drive business development efforts, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
- Monitor industry trends, risks, and opportunities to inform executive decision-making
- Mentor and develop senior managers and build high-performing teams
- Report business performance, challenges, and strategic plans to the CEO and Board
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or VP-level role
- Proven track record in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and organizational development
- Strong financial and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in regional or global business management is an advantage
- High level of integrity, resilience, and adaptability
