Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President to join our leadership team in Singapore. In this senior executive role, you will be responsible for shaping the companys strategic direction, driving business growth, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Provide leadership and direction to senior managers and department heads across multiple business units
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with long-term strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize profitability
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the companys presence in Singapore and the SEA region
  • Drive organizational change, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings, industry events, and conferences
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive or VP-level position
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore and SEA business market is preferred
