We lead the digital strategy for consumer banking and build the foundations critical for the desired digital customer journey. Make a difference on our digital channels with hands-on experience in end-to-end project management, including requirement development, project management and reporting matrices.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and lead the development of a robust governance framework for digital platforms, actively enhancing controls and optimizing digital governance processes to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Drive compliance with digital standards, conducting rigorous checks and reviews to ensure governance processes are consistently adhered to
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of digital governance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of digital platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address governance gaps, and implement solutions to enhance the overall digital governance posture
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital governance practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in digital governance, advising stakeholders on best practices and industry trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital governance, risk management, or compliance, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, data management, and information security principles
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing robust governance frameworks and controls
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to digital governance
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team of professionals
