About Hong Leong Finance

We are currently seeking for dynamic individuals to join our Credit Control Department as Vice President.
Responsibilities:
- Credit underwriting for loan applications from consumers (HDB, Housing and Motor Vehicle), SMEs and corporate companies
- Evaluate and recommend loans for approval
- Ensure credit decisions are sound and reflect the FI's credit underwriting standards, policies, risk appetite and meet local regulatory requirements
- Recommend pre-emptive actions on vulnerable accounts identified by our early warning framework
- Conduct portfolio review on our loan portfolios
- Provide study on lessons learnt on non-performing loans or first payment default accounts
- Some knowledge in credit program lending will be preferred
- Lead or participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years credit risk related experience in finance industry
- Well-versed in financial loan products
- Strong in analytical skills on financial statement
- Able to produce reports using MS Office and pivot table
- Good in articulation of credit judgement
