Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Develop and manage the division's budget.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, establishing performance goals and conducting appraisals.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions and conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners, vendors, and clients.
- Serve as a spokesperson for their function and contribute to the company's public image and communication strategies
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, Communications).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant industry, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
