Job Purpose
A Relationship Manager serves as the firm's primary point of contact for Ultra High Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, possessing a broad and in-depth understanding of wealth management practices and investment strategies. In addition to acquiring new UHNW clients, the Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering appropriate advice and tailored solutions, while operating strictly within the regulatory licensing framework applicable to Lighthouse Canton.

Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
(B) Business Development & Account Management
- Showcase the firm's wide capabilities and brands to clients in the Greater China region.
- Grow the firm business by acquiring new clients specifically in and from the Greater China region.
- Hunt, develop and manage existing UHNW client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
- Originate client relationships in the UHNW or institutional space.
- Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities in the Greater China region.
- Monitor transactions and collate with internal teams (i.e., Investments and Wealth Planning teams, etc.) to provide customized and comprehensive wealth management plans that are in line with the client investment objectives.
- Perform client needs assessment and advise clients proactively based on specific investment objectives.
(C) Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the client experience.
- Ensure all transactions are within legal boundaries by staying updated with the regulations affecting banking and customer interactions.
- Ensure that the firm's values, reputation and standing are always well protected when representing the firm in external forums.
- Ensure that all activities are undertaken within the regulatory framework. Further, ensure that the company's policies and procedures are adhered to when performing their task.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 6 - 10 years experience in finance/ banking industry.
- A track record in having a UHNW Client network and successful AUM track record is preferred.
- CACS Certification - Paper 1 & 2 is preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities.
