Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams, particularly teams with deep hands-on experience in the China market and familiarity with its business environment, regulatory landscape, and commercialization dynamics.
10+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills proven track record in building and motivating high-performing teams especially who experience in China market
Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, fleet management, and last-mile delivery optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities capable of driving efficiency and cost reduction.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with food safety standards and cold-chain management is a strong plus.
