Vice General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trading strategies for crude oil and refined products in alignment with company goals
• Supervise daily trading operations, including deal structuring, execution, and post-trade processes
• Monitor global market trends, price movements, and geopolitical developments to inform trading decisions
• Oversee risk management practices, including hedging strategies and exposure limits
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, buyers, brokers, and financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, sanctions, and internal governance policies
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless trade execution
• Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years experience in oil trading or commodity markets, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial instruments, and risk management tools
• Proven negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
