FULL-TIME VET REHAB TECHNICIAN (REHABILITATION, WELLNESS & INTEGRATIVE CARE)

The Role

We are looking for a Veterinary Technician with an interest (or trained) in vet rehabilitation who is not only clinically capable, but also curious, creative, and invested in growth.

You will:

• manage and take ownership of clinical cases

• work with rehabilitation, mobility, and chronic conditions

• guide pet owners through treatment and lifestyle changes

• contribute to client education (consultations, written content, social media)

• participate in building and improving the clinic as it grows

This is a role for someone who wants to do meaningful work and be part of building something long-term.

• Able to explain concepts clearly and confidently

• Comfortable writing educational content

• Able to create simple infographics or materials (e.g. Canva)

• Takes responsibility for cases and outcomes

• Notices what needs to be done and acts on it

• Contributes ideas to improve the clinic

Team Fit

• Grounded, reliable, and self-directed

• Works well in a small team

• Open to feedback and continuous learning

Who This Role Is NOT For

This role may not be suitable if you:

• prefer strictly protocol-based or routine clinical work

• are not interested in client education or communication

• do not enjoy writing or creating content

• prefer to only complete assigned tasks without contributing beyond your role
