About Venture Voyage

We design curated expeditions where investors and founders explore startup hubs together ecosystem tours, private demo days, intimate roundtables, and cultural immersions from Hong Kong to Buenos Aires and from Palo Alto to Cape Town.

You will

• Orchestrate venues, speakers, partners, and VIP conference days; own runofshow and onsite ops.
• Coordinate private demo days and roundtables; manage RSVPs and briefing packs.
• Map ecosystems: research investors, accelerators, corporates, founders; maintain clean lists.
• Support outreach and followups; capture notes and feed the posttrip dealdesk.
• Assist with travel, budgets, vendor timelines; produce quick photo/video recaps for LinkedIn.

You bring

• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
• Eventops discipline, research rigor, and polished stakeholder comms.
• Exposure to startups/VC or tech events helpful; proactive, resourceful, teamfirst.
