Wright Partners are growing! We are looking to add to our teams across multiple SEA locations including Singapore by hiring a Venture Architect to play a hands-on role in building the companies of tomorrow.

As a Venture Architect, you will get exposure to building end-to-end venture creation and contribute significantly to the success of the venture you work on within a team of specialists. Individuals who tend to succeed in this role are curious by nature, like to take ownership, and have the drive to make a significant impact through their actions.

Roles & Responsibility

• Support the development and scale-up of a start-up from inception to commercial launch.
• Work collaboratively to understand the customer&aposs problem statements.
• Develop prototypes and work through agile product iterations
• Specify product specifications.
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• Analyze the market&aposs value chain, cost structure, and profit pools.
• Develop a business model that delivers outsized value to the customers.
• Create and deliver a go-to-market plan.
• Establish trust-based relationships with business partners to serve the venture better

Requirements

• A degree in a technical or professional field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines) is advantageous
• 24 years of relevant work experience in product management or as a business analyst, preferably within technology companies
• Candidates currently or previously enrolled in Graduate Trainee, Management Trainee, Graduate Management Associate, or Future Leaders Programs will be considered
• Experience or involvement in the end-to-end development of a new product (software or hardware), from concept to commercial launch
• Experience or involvement in setting up and driving new business initiatives or projects
• Hands-on experience in product management, including roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, and go-to-market strategy
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
• Track record of dealing constructively with uncertainty and failure, applying learnings to improve outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must be based in Singapore
