Venture Architect - Product

Wright Partners is growing! We are looking for Venture Architects in Singapore to play a hands-on role in building the next generation of startups. In this role, you won't just be analyzing, you will be testing ideas, running pilots, and leveraging AI to move faster than the market.

As a Venture Architect, you will be at the front lines of venture building. You will use AI-assisted research to decode markets, conduct high-impact interviews, and execute the experiments that turn a good idea into a validated business. We are looking for builders who are curious, proactive, and eager to master AI tools to solve complex problems with unprecedented speed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build products from 0 to 1, translating ideas into working prototypes through hands-on product development, testing, and iteration.
• Design and execute lean pilots to test product concepts, validate hypotheses, and refine solutions in real-world settings.
• Support customer discovery through expert interviews and stakeholder engagements to validate problem statements and solution fit.
• Conduct AI-assisted research to map value chains and competitor landscapes, turning raw data into actionable venture insights.
• Analyze cost structures and profit pools to help build viable business models that deliver outsized value.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate market research, automate data synthesis, and rapidly produce high-quality deliverables, including decks, models, and reports.
• Structure ambiguous challenges and take decisive action, using AI outputs to sharpen decision-making and improve execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in engineering or product development, with experience building a product from 0 to 1, from concept through prototyping and testing.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, and work toward practical solutions.
• Strong execution skills, with experience turning ideas into tangible outcomes through testing, implementation, prototyping, or pilots.
• High curiosity and burgeoning skill in using AI tools (LLMs, research agents, etc.) to improve work efficiency and problem-solving.
• Experience or involvement in the end-to-end development of a product or a new business initiative, from concept to pilot.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, hypothesis testing, and running lean experiments.
• Strong ability to break down complex markets and financial structures into clear, logical components.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to distill complex AI-generated insights into simple narratives.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking initiative without waiting for detailed instructions.
• A build, test, learn, iterate mindset and willingness to get hands-on to validate ideas.
• Must be based in Singapore.
