The Job
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Vendor Management Analyst to join our Global Experience Vendor Management team. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing marketing procurement and sourcing operations-driving cost savings, improving efficiency, and strengthening supplier partnerships across a global network.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across the Advertising and Marketing categories to deliver value and operational efficiency.
- Review, triage, and manage sourcing requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations) and external suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Analyze spend data, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive optimization across the source-to-pay lifecycle.
- Support contract management, reporting, and documentation using procurement tools and the Google Suite.
- Contribute to business initiatives that enhance creative development and sourcing efficiency.
The Talent
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management within the Advertising or Marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, supplier management, and procurement best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, with the ability to manage data, reports, and priorities across global teams and time zones.
