About the Role

Ace1 Vending Pte Ltd is looking for a reliable and responsible Driver & Vending Machine Operator to support our growing vending machine operations across Singapore. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy working independently, driving, and ensuring vending machines are well-maintained and fully stocked for customers.

You will play an important role in maintaining smooth daily operations by servicing vending machines, replenishing products, and performing basic troubleshooting when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish and top up products in vending machines at assigned locations

• Collect cash from vending machines and ensure proper recording and safekeeping

• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance for vending machines

• Ensure machines are clean, presentable, and functioning properly

• Load and transport products between warehouse and vending machine locations

• Monitor stock levels and report items that require restocking

• Report technical issues or operational matters to management

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently

• Physically fit as the role involves loading and unloading products

• Basic technical skills or willingness to learn vending machine troubleshooting

• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or vending machine operations will be an advantage

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (No break time)

• Sunday: Off

• Public Holidays: Off

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,200 per month (first 3 months probation period)

• Overtime Pay: 1.5 hourly rate in accordance with MOM regulations

• Annual Leave:

  • 10 days per year

  • Increases by 1 day for each completed year of service

  • Up to a maximum of 14 days

• Medical Leave:

  • Outpatient and hospitalization leave in accordance with MOM requirements
