Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practices for vehicle delivery in collaboration with the Sales team
- Maintain accurate and timely delivery records in the CRM system
- Manage documentation and prerequisites for vehicle registration
- Coordinate pre-delivery and delivery paperwork with Sales and Operations teams
- Prepare customer loan and registration documents to support successful delivery appointments
- Host delivery appointments and conduct personalized new owner orientations
- Ensure compliance through accurate record keeping and form generation
- Support the Sales Manager in daily delivery center operations and customer service excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry / supply chain coordination / B2B coordination
- Valid class 3/3A driving license required
- Able to work on one weekend per week
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Proven team player with experience managing external vendor relationships
