Job Description:

. Communicating with Car Sales Consultants and the finance department to acquire necessary documentation for bank loans, car insurances, etc

. Ensuring the accuracy of sales-related data

. Maintaining daily sales and stock balance record

. Data Entry & Data Cleaning

. Generate Excel Reports

. Providing daily reports to management and stakeholders

. Assist in the COE registration & bidding processes

. Liaise with stakeholders for car registration and delivery allocation

. Ad-hoc assign task

Requirements:

. A diploma in Business, Information Technology or related discipline

. Proficiency in in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge

. Meticulous, attention to detail

. Competency in Sharepoint for efficient document management and collaboration

. 2 Years of working experience or a fresh graduate are welcome
