VDI Support

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for VMware Horizon VDI and resolve complex incidents.
• Troubleshoot VDI connectivity, performance, profile, and application issues.
• Manage Horizon Connection Servers, UAG, Instant Clones, and Gold Images.
• Perform RCA, patching, performance optimization, and capacity management.
• Support Citrix, FSLogix, App-V, and Azure environments.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell/scripting and collaborate with infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience in VMware Horizon / VDI administration and L3 support.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware, Horizon, MS Azure, FSLogix, and App-V.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows, DNS/DHCP, and networking.
• Experience in VDI troubleshooting, RCA, monitoring, patching, and automation.
• Strong incident, problem, change, and SLA management skills.
