Vault Operations Officer

Job Description

The Safe House is Singapore's largest privately owned precious metals vault. We provide secure storage and logistics services for gold, silver, and other high-value assets. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Vault Operations Team.

You will be responsible for supporting daily vault operations, ensuring the secure movement and storage of precious metals, and delivering a high level of service to our clients. Training will be provided, including professional certification opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics, handling, and movement of precious metals (e.g., gold, silver) in accordance with strict security and compliance standards.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular internal and external audits.

• Assist clients with services such as Safe Deposit Box access and general vault-related procedures.

• Provide client support via phone, email, and video calls.

• Conduct guided tours of our world-class vault for clients and partners.

• Work closely with team members to improve operational workflows and efficiency.

• Perform general operational duties and other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, A-Level, or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, administration, or customer service (advantageous but not mandatory).

• Physically fit, as the role involves handling secure storage boxes and operational tasks.

• Good command of English and/or Chinese, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Possess a Class 3 Driving Licence.

• Positive learning attitude and willingness to adapt in an evolving industry.
