Vault Executive (Warehouse)

Job Description

Vaulting Procedures Compliance

• Strictly adhere to and execute Malca-Amit vaulting protocols

Inventory Handling

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments

• Label, tag, and organize inventory items for optimal storage and dispatch

Order Fulfilment

• Pick items based on order lists

• Pack and prepare shipments for both export and domestics, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Inventory Management

• Accurately enter all vault transactions into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) on the same day

• Update and maintain records of vault location changes in WMS promptly

Stock Maintenance

• Conduct regular stock checks to verify inventory levels

• Ensure the warehouse space remains clean and organized

Logistics Support

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless logistics operations

Documentation and Record-Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving documents

• Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels and warehouse activities

Customer Management

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
